  • Attorney use of social media:  creating attorney/client relationships online, when a post is considered advertising, giving advice online, etc.;
  • The rules that an attorney might violate and how to prevent violation of rules (posts to avoid, disclaimers); and
  • How an attorney may respond to online reviews without violating the rules of professional conduct.
