This CLE examines some of the ethical pitfalls and malpractice traps for
estate planning and trust administration attorneys, providing a
malpractice lawyer's view on the approach to plaintiff's claims.
Speaker: Joshua R. Furman is a Los Angeles-based sole practitioner
focusing on attorney-client disputes, including legal malpractice and fee
disputes. Mr. Furman is a Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law
certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization, and he serves
on the Los Angeles County Bar Association Professional
