" Implicit Bias in our "Brave" New Legal World"
This CLE will explore recent implicit bias scholarship and current policy trends as relevant to the practice of law. We will define implicit bias and begin to understand the manner in which it affects our decision making across practice-related tasks."

Bio:
Ché is a trial lawyer. Having tried cases throughout Northern California as a criminal defense attorney, he now focuses on representing individual Plaintiffs in civil litigation, in the areas of personal injury and civil rights. Ché is a member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, where he co-chairs the Diversity Committee and the Task Force for the Eradication of Implicit Bias. Through this work he helps attract diverse law students to the Plaintiff's side, and educates practitioners about how to mitigate the negative effects of implicit bias in their own practice, and in their quest for justice for their clients.
This MCLE qualifies for one (1) hr Implicit Bias Credit
