DUI/DMV

Presenter: Rick Gazipura

This program will provide an overview of DUI-related proceedings and the intersection between criminal court matters and DMV administrative actions. Topics may include license suspension issues, administrative per se hearings, recent legal developments, procedural considerations, and practical strategies for representing clients facing DUI allegations and DMV consequences.

Rick Gazipura has been practicing law since 2009. He began his career as a public defender in Inyo, Tulare, and Santa Cruz Counties and later served on the Santa Clara County Independent Defense Office (IDO) conflict panel. He has been in private practice since 2017, and focuses on DUI and personal injury cases
